For law firms, accountants, advisors, agents and other offices
One new client is worth a lot. So is the one who picked someone else.
Someone in your town needed an estate lawyer this week. They searched, asked an AI app who was good, then read reviews of the two names that came up twice. They booked a consult. It wasn't with you. They'll be paying that firm for years.
The problem you can't see
Most problems leave a clue. This one leaves nothing.
- If an ad does badly, you see a bad number.
- If you miss a call, it shows up in the phone log.
- If a client is unhappy, you see a bad review.
But a client who never found you leaves nothing behind. You can't miss a call that was never made. So the person searches, picks someone else, and your reports look completely normal.
The part that's different for you
Nobody picks a lawyer from the first ad they see.
People check you harder than almost any other business. They search your name. They read every review. They look you up on more than one site. And more of them now just ask an AI app “who's the best ___ in ___” and take the answer seriously.
If the AI app doesn't know who you are — what you handle, how long you've done it, what you're known for — it names someone else. It isn't being unfair. It just can't find you.
What it looks like
Here is “estate planning lawyer” searched from 169 spots around one town.
Google shows different results depending on where the person is standing. So we don't check from your front door. We check from all over your area.
We pick 169 spots on a map. At each one we search the way a client would, and we write down where you come up. Then we color it in.

Green: top 3Your name is on their screen with a Call button next to it.
Yellow: further downYou're on the page, but almost nobody scrolls that far.
Grey: not thereTo that person, your firm doesn't exist.
Three places
There are three places someone finds you now. Each one works differently.
The map
Picks which three offices get the call when someone needs help this week.
Regular search
“What happens to the house in a divorce?” The firm that answers it clearly is the firm they call.
The AI apps
Pick which firms get named when someone asks who's good. Nobody pays to be there.
What we keep an eye on
The parts that trip up firms and offices.
No single piece is hard. There are just a lot of them, and your profession adds rules of its own.
- Your bar, board or licensing rules limit what you can say in ads and on your site. We work inside them
- Each lawyer, advisor or agent can have their own Google listing, and set up wrong, they compete with the firm
- Each thing you handle needs its own page. One “services” page with a list rarely gets found for any of them
- The AI apps check directories, review sites and articles — not just your website — and they all have to agree
- Reviews are harder to get in some professions, and some rules limit how you can ask

What we do
We turn your map green. Then we keep it green.
We handle all three — the map, regular search, and the AI apps — and we keep your social pages posted. One team does all of it, in-house. Anything that describes your work goes to you, or your compliance person, before it goes live. Otherwise, you don't hear from us unless we need you to decide something.
- A website built to be readBy your customers, by Google, and by the AI apps.
- Found across your whole areaNot just at your own front door.
- Named by the AI appsWhen someone asks who's good before they pick up the phone.
- One report a month, in plain EnglishCalls, consults booked, and what they were worth.
- Social pages that look aliveWe post for you, so anyone who checks sees a business that’s open.
- Reviews that keep coming inWe make asking for reviews part of your routine, and we reply to the ones that come in.
- Nothing for you to doNo software to learn. No weekly meetings.
- Listed everywhere the AI apps lookGoogle, Apple, Microsoft and the rest — all saying the same thing.
You pay once to set it up, then a flat fee each month. No charge per lead. No contract — month to month.
We quote both after your free checkup, so you only pay for the work you actually need.
Every month you see the same map, measured the same way, so you always know where you stand.

Questions we get
The ones people ask most.
Can you work within our advertising rules?
Yes. You, or whoever handles compliance, approves anything that says what you do before it goes live.
We get most of our clients by referral.
Good. Referrals still look you up before they call. If what they find is thin, some of them call the other name they were given.
We have several partners, or several offices.
Each office has its own map, and each person can have their own listing. We set them up so they help each other instead of competing.
How long before anything changes?
Usually the map starts to move within the first few months, but we won't promise a date. Google and the AI apps change their rules without warning, and nobody controls that. Anyone who guarantees you a ranking is guessing. What you get is the same map every month, measured the same way, so you can see for yourself. And there's no contract, so if it isn't working, you can stop.
What if we're already at capacity?
Then this is the wrong month for it. Come back when you have room for more clients.
