Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Innovative Media Professionals collects, uses and protects information when you visit innovativemedia.pro, when you use the free checkup tool at visibility.innovativemedia.pro, or when you deal with us as a client or prospective client. It applies to all three.

  1. 01Who we are and what this Policy covers

Innovative Media Professionals (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website at innovativemedia.pro and the free checkup tool at visibility.innovativemedia.pro. This Policy tells you what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what choices you have. If you have any question about it, the contact details are in the last section.

  2. 02Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect the information you choose to provide. That includes your name, business name, email address, phone number and business address when you contact us or ask for a proposal; and the website address, city, main search term and market figures you enter when you use the free checkup tool.

Information about our client relationship. If you become a client, we keep the information needed to run that relationship: the signed agreement and its scope of work, the contact details of the people we deal with, invoices, payment records, and the correspondence between us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as your IP address, the type of device and browser you use, the pages you view and the web address that referred you. We use this to keep the site working and to understand roughly how much traffic it receives.

No advertising cookies or tracking scripts. This website does not place advertising cookies, does not load third-party tracking or analytics scripts, and does not build a profile of you in order to show you advertisements elsewhere.

  3. 03How we use information

We use the information we hold for the following purposes:

    • To answer your enquiry and tell you what we believe is possible for your business.
    • To prepare proposals, agreements and invoices.
    • To deliver the services we have agreed to provide.
    • To send you updates by email where you have asked for them.
    • To keep the records that tax, accounting and legal rules require.
    • To keep this website secure and working properly.
  4. 04Email list and marketing

If you give us your email address, we may send you information about our services and occasional updates. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them, and you can ask us to remove you from the list at any time by writing to lainey@innovativemedia.pro. We do not add people to the list without their permission, and we do not sell, rent or trade the list.

  5. 05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only in these situations:

    • With the companies that help us operate — hosting, email delivery, billing and accounting. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
    • Where we are required to do so by law, a court order or a government or regulatory body.
    • If the business is sold or reorganised, to the buyer, under reasonable confidentiality obligations.
  6. 06The free checkup tool

The checkup tool at visibility.innovativemedia.pro asks for your website address, your city, your main search term and a few figures about your market so that it can produce an estimate. The figures you enter are yours, and the tool uses them to show you a result. The result is an estimate based on the numbers you supply and on published averages; it is not a promise about where any business will appear.

  7. 07Other websites

This website links to pages we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those pages, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

  8. 08How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to decide whether to work together and to follow up reasonably afterwards. We keep client records — agreements, invoices and payment records — for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require, which is usually several years. Entries on our email list are kept until you ask to be removed.

  9. 09Your choices and rights

You may ask us in writing to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, to delete information we do not need to keep, and to remove you from our email list. We will consider every request and respond as the law requires. Some records — invoices, for example — must be kept and cannot be deleted on request.

  10. 10Children

This website is directed at business owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

  11. 11Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

  12. 12Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect means the updated Policy applies.
