For clinics that count every new patient

See where the patients you should be getting are going.

This morning, someone a few miles from your office searched for what you do. They picked another clinic. You never got a call. You never saw a lead. Nothing showed up on any report. That is how this goes on for years without anyone noticing.

They see you Barely They don't

The problem you can't see

Most problems leave a clue. This one leaves nothing.

  • If an ad does badly, you see a bad number.
  • If you miss a call, it shows up in the phone log.
  • If a patient is unhappy, you see a bad review.

But a patient who never found you leaves nothing behind. You can't miss a call that was never made. So the person searches, picks someone else, and your reports look completely normal.

There are streets in your own town where your clinic never comes up. Nothing tells you which ones.

What it looks like

Here is that same search, done from 169 spots around one town.

Google shows different results depending on where the person is standing. So we don't check from your front door. We check from all over your area.

We pick 169 spots on a map. At each one we search the way a patient would, and we write down where you come up. Then we color it in.

169 spots · same town · same search · example pattern

  • Green: top 3Your name is on their screen with a Call button next to it.

  • Yellow: further downYou're on the page, but almost nobody scrolls that far.

  • Grey: not thereTo that person, your clinic doesn't exist.

Most clinics are number one at their own front door and nowhere at all three miles away. If you only check from the office, you only ever see the good half.

Where those patients went

Three things decide who gets the call. None of them show up in your ad account.

Almost half

The map at the top of Google

Search for a clinic and Google shows a small map with three names under it. Each one has a Call button. Almost everyone picks from those three. Being fourth isn't a little worse. Fourth barely gets called at all.

9 out of 10

The answer Google writes itself

Ask Google a health question and it now writes its own answer at the top, naming a few clinics with their hours and phone numbers. It does this on 9 out of 10 of the questions patients ask first. Nobody paid to be in there.

$150–400

Paid spots above the map

You can buy a spot above the map. You pay every time someone contacts you, and by the time one of them becomes a patient it has usually cost $150 to $400. Patients who find you in the top three cost you nothing.

And there's more to it

This is also why your ads don't work as well as they used to.

Same ads. Same town. Same budget as three years ago. Fewer patients. Some of that is cost going up. But something else changed too.

People don't call straight off an ad anymore. They look you up first. They search your name, read your reviews, look at your photos, and a lot of them now just ask an AI app whether you're any good.

That takes about forty seconds, and you're not there for it.

If they find twelve reviews with the newest one from 2022, and a website that's slow on a phone, then your ad did its job and lost the patient anyway. Nobody tells you this happened. The lead just goes quiet.

Ads can fail for lots of reasons. The offer. Who saw it. How fast someone called back. This is just the one nobody checks.

"Our leads got worse" and "our website is old" are usually the same problem.

What changed

You used to compete for one spot. Now there are three, and each one works differently.

Ready to book

The map

Picks who gets the call when someone is ready to book right now.

Still figuring it out

Regular search

Picks who gets found while someone is still working out what's wrong with them.

Just asking

The AI apps

Pick which clinics get named when someone asks a question out loud. Nobody pays to be there.

Doing well in one does not mean doing well in the others. All three changed in the last year and a half. Clinics that did great two years ago often slipped the furthest, because what used to work doesn't anymore.

All three check the same three things. Your Google listing, which says who you are and what you treat. Some hidden text on your website that tells the AI apps the same thing. And the website itself, which Google looks at to check the first two are true.

When those three don't match, Google can't tell which one is right. So it leaves you out. Nothing breaks. You just stop showing up.

This is a full-time job, and the rules keep changing.

No single piece is hard. There are just a lot of pieces, they affect each other, and the rules move.

  • Google changes how it picks local clinics several times a year, and rarely says so
  • Each AI app reads your website differently. Showing up in one doesn't mean showing up in the rest
  • Google makes you pass seven checks before you can buy those spots above the map, and medical offices can't run any ads until every check is done
  • Things that helped a year and a half ago can now count against you
  • Fixing one thing can quietly break another, and nothing tells you it happened

Most clinics didn't do anything wrong. They did it right once, three years ago, and nobody has touched it since.

What we do

We turn your map green. Then we keep it green.

We handle all three — the map, regular search, and the AI apps — and we keep your social pages posted. And we keep it all working as the rules change. That's the whole deal. You don't manage it. You don't learn it. You don't hear from us unless we need you to decide something.

  • A website built to be readBy your patients, by Google, and by the AI apps.
  • Found across your whole areaNot just at your own front door.
  • Named by the AI appsWhen someone asks a question before they're ready to book.
  • One report a month, in plain EnglishCalls, forms, and what they were worth. No confusing charts.
  • Social pages that look aliveWe post for you, so anyone who checks sees a clinic that’s open.
  • Reviews that keep coming inWe make asking for reviews part of your routine, and we reply to the ones that come in.
  • Nothing for you to doNo software to learn. No weekly meetings.
  • Listed everywhere the AI apps lookGoogle, Apple, Microsoft and the rest — all saying the same thing.

You pay once to set it up, then a flat fee each month. No charge per lead. No contract — month to month.
We quote both after your free checkup, so you only pay for the work you actually need.
Every month you see the same map, measured the same way, so you always know where you stand.

Questions we get

The ones people ask most.

What exactly do you do?

The step by step is the part we keep to ourselves. Broadly: your Google listing, the hidden text on your website, your reviews, and your ads — all kept saying the same thing while the rules keep changing. How we do it is what you're paying for. If we put it on a website, the clinic down the road gets it for free, and then it's worth less to you.

How long before anything changes?

Usually the map starts to move within the first few months, but we won't promise a date. Google and the AI apps change their rules without warning, and nobody controls that. Anyone who guarantees you a ranking is guessing. What you get is the same map every month, measured the same way, so you can see for yourself. And there's no contract, so if it isn't working, you can stop. More patients follow the map, not the other way around.

Do you work with other clinics near me?

Only one. We take one clinic of each kind per town. We can't push two competitors into the same top three and be honest with both of them. In a very big city, like Atlanta, we may take two, but only on opposite sides of town. Nobody drives across a city through traffic to see a doctor they can see nearby. If a clinic like yours in your area already works with us, we'll tell you before you spend a minute on it.

I already have a marketing company.

Then run the free checkup. If your map is green across your area, they're doing their job and you should keep them. If it isn't, now you know, and you have it in writing.

What if we're already busy?

Then this is the wrong month for it. Come back when you have room on the schedule.
