Three pieces. You need all three, and almost nobody has them.

Your website. Your listings. What everyone else says about you. Each one makes the other two work harder, and each one is weak on its own.

We build and run all three — keep your reviews coming in, your social pages posted, and your paid spots above the map running — for one flat fee a month. You don't manage it. You don't have to understand it. You get one report a month and a phone that rings more.

The three pieces

Why buying one of these on its own is mostly wasted money.

Piece one · the one everything depends on

Your website

The one thing every search engine and AI app reads. It's where Google checks your listings are telling the truth, where the AI apps go to find out what you do, and where the customer decides whether to call or buy. Almost every business we check is losing on this one without knowing it.

Piece two · earned

Your listings

Google, Apple and Microsoft each keep their own record of your business, and each one feeds different apps — Google's AI, Siri, ChatGPT. Together they decide whether you show up on the map at all. You can't buy your way in.

Piece three · earned

What everyone else says

Your reviews, and the other websites that mention you. This is how Google and the AI apps decide whether you're well known — and it's the hardest thing for a competitor to take off you.

Here's why they only work together

A good listing with a bad website: Google and the AI apps check the site, see it disagree, and stop trusting the listing. The customers who do click leave anyway.

A good website nobody vouches for: you built something that works, and nothing points anyone to it.

Ads without any of it: you pay for every single customer, forever — and it costs you more than it costs your competitor, because Google prices ads partly on your reviews and your rating. That's why we only run the paid spots alongside the three pieces, never on their own.

Buy one piece and you've bought a system with a hole in it. That's why we don't sell them separately.

Also included: the paid spots above the map. The one place above everything on Google that you can buy. You pay when somebody contacts you, not when they click, and those spots get cheaper and work better as your reviews and rating improve — which is why they belong with the three pieces above. We set them up and run them as part of the monthly fee. What you pay Google for each contact goes straight to Google.

What actually changes

Four things. You'll be able to see all of them.

People find you across your whole area

Right now there are streets in your town where you never come up. As the work builds, there should be fewer of them, and you'll have a map showing exactly which ones changed.

The AI apps start naming you

When someone asks who to call or where to go, you want to be one of the few that gets named. Nobody can buy that spot. It's given to businesses the AI can understand and recognizes as real.

More calls off the same searches

We're not creating demand. The people searching for what you do already exist, today, in your town. Right now they're finding somebody else.

You stop renting customers you should get free

Every paid lead costs you something, every time. A customer who finds you in the top three costs nothing and keeps costing nothing.

You already have the searches. This is about who gets them.

The first 90 days

What happens, and when you'll see it.

Weeks 1–2

We measure everything

You get your starting map, with every point measured, so there's a real number to beat. We also go through your website and your Google listing and tell you plainly what's wrong with them.

Weeks 3–8

The map starts moving

Usually the closest neighborhoods go green first, then it spreads outward. This is the slow part and it's normal. Google re-checks businesses on its own schedule, not ours.

Weeks 9–12

The second map

Same grid, same searches, same yardstick as day one. This is the one that tells you whether it's working.

After that

Same measurement, every month

The work doesn't stop, because the rules don't. Every month you get the same map and the same numbers, so you can always see which direction things are going.

A real client map in July 2026. Each dot is one search for the same words, run from a different spot in the area. Green means top 3.
July 2026
The same map in August 2026, same grid and same search. More of the area has gone green.
August 2026

A real client map, one month apart. Same grid, same search, same yardstick.

Your monthly report

One page. In plain English.

You should be able to read it in two minutes and know whether you're getting your money's worth.

  • How many people called you, and roughly where they were
  • How many filled out a form on your website
  • What those are worth, using your numbers for a customer — not ours
  • Your map this month, next to your map last month
  • What changed, and what we're working on next

What isn't on it

  • How many times you were “seen”
  • Clicks with no outcome attached
  • Rankings for words no customer has ever typed
  • Anything designed to look like progress without being progress

Pricing

Two numbers, and you'll know both before you decide anything.

Paid once

Setup

Covers getting everything in order at the start. The bigger the mess, the bigger the number — and we'll tell you honestly which one you are before you pay anything.

Paid monthly

Flat monthly fee

The same every month. Not a percentage of your ad spend. Not a charge per lead. Not a number that goes up when you start getting busier. No contract — it's month to month, and you can stop any month.

We quote both after your free checkup. Until we've seen your map we'd be guessing, and quoting a package price for work you may not need is how most of this industry operates.

We don't promise rankings. Nobody honestly can.

Google and the AI apps change how they pick businesses several times a year, and they don't warn anyone first. Anyone who guarantees you a spot is guessing.

What we do instead: measure the same grid and the same searches every month, show you exactly what moved, and tell you plainly why. There's no contract. If it isn't working, you'll see it on the map — and you can stop.

One thing you'll notice

There's no list of tasks on this page. That's on purpose.

The step-by-step is the thing you're paying for. If we put it on a website, the business down the road gets it for free — and then it's worth less to you than it was this morning.

Here's the shape of it, which is as much as we'll say publicly. Your Google listing. The hidden text on your website that the AI apps read. Your reviews. Your ads. All of them kept saying the same thing, and kept current as the rules move.

If a marketing company will hand you their whole method on a public page, ask yourself what it's worth.

Fit

This is right for some businesses and wrong for others.

Right for you if

  • You have room for more customers
  • People in your town search for what you do — that's all of them
  • You want this handled, not explained to you every week
  • You're willing to give it three months before judging it

Wrong for you if

  • You need customers this week. That's an ad buy, and it costs a lot more
  • You want to approve every change. That makes this slower and more expensive for both of us
  • You're already booked three weeks out. Fix that first — we'll tell you so rather than take your money

Questions

The ones we get asked most.

How long before I see something?

Usually the map starts moving within the first few months, closest neighborhoods first. We won't promise a date — Google and the AI apps change their rules without warning. More customers follow the map — not the other way around, and not the same week.

I already have a marketing company.

Then run the free checkup. If your map is green across your area, they're doing their job and you should keep them. If it isn't, now you know, and you have it in writing to take to them.

What if it doesn't work?

You'll see it on the map, because we measure it the same way every month. If it isn't moving, we'll tell you why and what we'd change. And there's no contract, so you can stop any month. We've been on the other side of a bad marketing contract and we're not interested in running one.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There's no contract. You pay month to month, and you can stop whenever you want. If we're not earning the fee, you shouldn't have to keep paying it.

What do you need from me?

Access to your website and your Google, Apple and Microsoft listings, about an hour at the beginning, and someone in the office who answers the phone. That last one matters more than people expect — we can put more calls through to you, but we can't pick them up.

Do you work with businesses like mine in my town?

Only one. We take one business of each kind per town — one plumber, one estate lawyer, one skate shop. We can't push two competitors into the same top three and be honest with both of them. In a very big city, like Atlanta, we may take two, but only on opposite sides of town. Nobody drives across a city through traffic for something they can get nearby. If someone like you in your area already works with us, we'll tell you before you spend a minute on it.

Start here

Everything starts with the free checkup.

You'll get your website speed score straight from Google, a 12-point check of your site, whether the AI apps can read you, and a live map showing where you come up around your town.

Free. About three minutes. We'll follow up once, and you can tell us not to.

Run my free checkup

Once you're being found, we also run paid ads, set up AI that answers your calls, texts and website chat, and train your front desk. We won't sell you any of that first — if nobody can find you, ads are the most expensive possible way to fix it. Growth →
