For plumbers, roofers, HVAC, cleaners and every other trade that drives to the job

You go to the customer. Google decides how far.

Someone across town searched for a plumber this morning. You've done jobs on their street. But Google didn't think you were close enough, so it showed three other names. They called the first one. You never knew the job existed.

They see you Barely They don't

The problem you can't see

Most problems leave a clue. This one leaves nothing.

  • If an ad does badly, you see a bad number.
  • If you miss a call, it shows up in the phone log.
  • If a customer is unhappy, you see a bad review.

But a customer who never found you leaves nothing behind. You can't miss a call that was never made. So the person searches, picks someone else, and your reports look completely normal.

There are neighborhoods you'd love to work in where your business never comes up. Nothing tells you which ones.

The part that's different for you

Google doesn't know where you work. It guesses.

A store has an address and people come to it. You're the other way around. You tell Google which areas you serve, but it still ranks you mostly from where your business is registered. Sometimes that's your house.

So you show up well close to home and drop off fast after that. And the jobs you want most are often the ones furthest out — bigger houses, newer neighborhoods. That's usually where the map goes grey.

Most service businesses are strong on their own street and invisible in the part of town they actually want to work.

What it looks like

Here is “water heater repair” searched from 169 spots across one service area.

Google shows different results depending on where the person is standing. So we don't check from your front door. We check from all over your area.

We pick 169 spots on a map. At each one we search the way a customer would, and we write down where you come up. Then we color it in.

169 spots · same town · same search · example pattern

  • Green: top 3Your name is on their screen with a Call button next to it.

  • Yellow: further downYou're on the page, but almost nobody scrolls that far.

  • Grey: not thereTo that person, your business doesn't exist.

Your map should look like where you want to work, not where you happen to live.

Three places

There are three places someone finds you now. Each one works differently.

Ready to call

The map

Someone with water on the floor doesn't compare. They call one of the first three names.

Still looking around

Regular search

“How much does a new roof cost?” The business that answers it well is the one they remember when they're ready.

Just asking

The AI apps

“Who's a good electrician near me?” The app names a few businesses. Nobody pays to be there.

What we keep an eye on

The parts that trip up service businesses.

No single piece is hard. There are just a lot of them, and the rules move.

  • The paid spots above the map — the ones with the green check — need background and license checks first. One expired document and your ads stop
  • Reviews that mention the job and the neighborhood count for more than ones that just say “great service”
  • Setting up a home address the wrong way is one of the most common reasons service businesses vanish from the map. Google rarely says why
  • Photos from real jobs, with your real truck, matter more than they should
  • A call you miss while you're on a job usually goes to whoever picks up next

Most service businesses didn't do anything wrong. They set it up once, years ago, and went back to work.

What we do

We turn your service area green. Then we keep it green.

We handle all three — the map, regular search, and the AI apps — and we keep your social pages posted. One team does all of it, in-house. You're on a job, not in a meeting. You don't hear from us unless we need you to decide something.

  • Found where you want to workNot just near your own address.
  • Named by the AI appsWhen someone asks who's good before they pick up the phone.

Questions we get

The ones people ask most.

I get most of my work from referrals.

Good. Referrals still look you up before they call. If what they find is thin or old, some of them call someone else, and you never hear about it.

I work from home. Is that a problem?

No. It just has to be set up the right way. Getting it wrong is one of the most common reasons service businesses disappear from the map.

Do I need the paid spots with the green check?

Sometimes. They work well for some trades and badly for others. After the checkup, we'll tell you which one you are.

How long before anything changes?

Usually the map starts to move within the first few months, but we won't promise a date. Google and the AI apps change their rules without warning, and nobody controls that. Anyone who guarantees you a ranking is guessing. What you get is the same map every month, measured the same way, so you can see for yourself. And there's no contract, so if it isn't working, you can stop.

What if we're already booked out?

Then this is the wrong month for it. Come back when you have room on the schedule.
