Level 2 · Growth · for businesses already working with us

Once you’re being found.

Local Visibility is the foundation. For most businesses it's the only thing they need in the first year. Posting and reviews are already part of it. These are what we add when it isn't — and we add them in this order for a reason.

Why the order matters

Each one of these works better when the one above it is already working. That isn't a sales structure. It's just the order that wastes the least money.

Run ads into a business nobody can find, with a front desk that doesn't call back, and you're paying for every lead to fix something that was free to fix.

  1. 1

Front desk and sales follow-up training

Cheapest thing here · usually the biggest

A green map puts more calls into your business. Whether those calls turn into customers is decided in the first sixty seconds, and again over the next two days.

We train your team on GoHighLevel — the system you're most likely already paying for. Who calls back, how fast, how many times, and what they actually say when someone picks up.

This is first because it costs the least and returns the most. There is no point pouring more people into a bucket with a hole in it.

  2. 2

AI that answers calls, texts and website chat

Catches the people you'd otherwise miss

More people finding you means more calls at lunch, after hours, and while everyone's busy. Most people who don't get an answer call the next business instead of leaving a message.

We set up AI that answers those calls and texts, and a chat on your website that answers questions and books appointments. It answers in your business's name and hands anything it can't handle to your team.

It's second because it catches what the front desk misses, and it costs less than the ads that come after it.

  3. 3

Paid ads: Google, Facebook and Instagram

    Reaches people before they search

Google ads catch people at the moment they search, on top of the paid spots above the map that already come with Local Visibility.

Being visible catches someone at the moment they go looking. But most people think about a purchase for weeks before they type anything into Google at all.

Paid social is how you reach them during those weeks, so that when they finally do search, yours is the name they already half-recognize.

It's third because everyone it reaches will look you up before they call — and what they find is decided by everything above this line.

  4. 4

    Ads inside the AI apps

New, and cheap while it's new

We already work to get your business named when someone asks an AI app who to go to. Where you can also buy a spot inside those answers, we'll run that too.

Almost no local business is doing this yet. That's the entire argument for doing it now rather than in two years, when it will cost several times more.

If your market is crowded and your map is already strong, this is the one worth moving up the list. Ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether you're there yet.

One promise

We won't sell you any of this first.

If your map is grey, ads are the most expensive possible way to fix that. You'd be paying for every customer while the free ones go to the business down the road.

We'd rather tell you that now than take the money and let you find out in month four.

Fix what's free first. Then buy what's left.

How it's priced

Each of these is quoted on its own, and none of them gets added to your monthly fee without you agreeing to it first. No bundles, no packages you didn't ask for, and no automatic upgrades.

Ad spend is separate and goes directly to Facebook or Google — we never mark it up.

Start with the map.

Everything on this page assumes people can already find you. If you're not sure whether they can, that's the free checkup — three minutes, and you'll have a map of your own town showing where you come up and where you don't.
